First 1.000 Links

The Competition

GermanBread is online since February 1, 2009 - and needs your links to bakeries, grocery stores and restaurants producing and/or offering German bread outside of Germany.

As a reward for your active support we raffle 20 GermanBread-books among the first 1.000 senders of links. If you are living abroad or can remember your favourite bakery at your holiday resort, please give us a hint.

All senders of links will participate in the competition: Please fill in our form and give us a few interesting details of the bakery homepage. The lottery drawing starts as soon as the first 1.000 links have been published on GermanBread. We will inform all winners and send the books free of charge.

Your raffle price: The GermanBread-Book

All links to bakeries, grocery shops and restaurants will be collected in a printed book. The GermanBread-Book will be published by a print-on-demand publishing company and will be available in the German booktrade and in more than 1.000 Internet book shops.

The GermanBread-Book will be printed some weeks after reaching the 1.000-link limit and afterwards be sent to the winners. Our actual plans are to revise the GermanBread-Book once a year and to place the actual version in the market.

Together with your support we will successfully develop GermanBread to an interesting and informative reference book, which helps travellers and expatriates to find their favourite German bread anywhere in the world.
